After the expiration date, at the registrant of the UA domain there is a 28 day ARGP period to renew a domain registration. If the renewal was not completed during the ARGP, the domain is sent for deletion from the registry (redemptionPeriod). During the redemptionPeriod (30 days), the domain can still be restored, but the price of restoration is significantly higher than the price of domain renewal.

If a registrant's Trademark expires during the domain registration period, the domain renewal will not be available. For this reason, if you have a registered UA domain based on an expired Trademark, you should contact our support team to renew the Trademark number.
